For two portions:
2 salmon fillets
3 Tbsps of LIGHT soy sauce
1 Tbsp of Acacia honey
ground black pepper
2. Place salmon into a pan, pour on soy-honey sauce. Sprinkle it with pepper and fresh thyme.
3. Put the salmon into the oven for 17-20 minutes.
